Despite using the AMD Radeon processor don’t expect much gaming fun here. If you reduce resolution below screen native to 1280 x 720 and use lowest detail, you could see average framerates of 28 fps. Another intresting part of the HP 255 G5 is the battery power, the little 31Wh detachable battery is very enough to power the laptop a little over four hours in the streamed video test.
Our Verdict: The HP 255 G4 is an affordable laptop with budget build and performance, and will always get the job done especially if you are not an heavy user. The cost makes it good buy for users with tight budgets and don’t need lots of speed or a high-quality screen.
