Chinese heavyweight, Huawei were the first company to release the first device with a triple-lens rear camera, the latest rumor getting to us is that Apple is about to launch a new IPhone X with such feature.
Since the beginning of last year, we have had so many rumors about the design of upcoming IPhones. From a foldable device to curved screens As Apple continue to work on fantastic new features for its smartphones, new report is that the tech gaint are looking to add a triple lens camera that offers the device stunning captures. Apple is looking to follow the footsteps of the Huawei P20 Pro, a device that has had the best camera in the market for a while now.
The dual-lens feature was introduced on the IPhone 7 Plus, the report claims that the rumored triple-lens camera will boast a 6P lens design with 5x zoom, but it doesn’t confirm if it’s optical, digital, or hybrid zoom.
A three-lens camera would come with loads of advantages, one which includes greatly improved low-light performance. In his P20 Pro review, The Verge‘s Vlad Savov said Huawei’s new camera system is “superior to those on the Galaxy S9 and iPhone X,” though he noted that personal preference may sway that decision.
